Attended by Senators Francis Pangilinan, Sergio Osmeña III and Teofisto Guingona III, they tried to get a good picture of the situation from DTI Sec. Gregory L. Domingo, DA Sec. Proceso J. Alcala, BSP Dep. Gov. Diwa Guinigundo, experts of the FAO (3 gentlemen beside the lady) and associations like PAGASA.
