The Committee on Ecology of the Lower House chaired for the day by Laguna Rep. Edgar S. San Luis (left) and attended by Bill Author Partylist Rep. Walden F. Bello (hidden/leftmost), Comm. Sec. Atty. Dilbert N. Quetulio (center) and Cavite Rep. Lani Mercado-Revilla held a public hearing on the need for parking areas for bicycles in commercial establishments.  The hearing was attended by PAGASA in behalf of retailers (see position paper) together with 9 groups from NGO's having to do with the clean air act as well as resource people from the public sector.
