PAGASA Pres. Steven Cua was invited on 1-9-13 as guest on PTV-4’s 1 & ½-hour Special Forum on  THE SIN TAX REFORM LAW. He was invited to discuss how the Bill has affected supply and prices of  tobacco and liquor prior to and after its passing into law effective 1 Jan. 2013.  Other guests are Bureau of Internal Revenue Commissioner Kim Jacinto-Henares, Dept. of Health Usec.
