Castilla-La Mancha is a region in Spain with 5 provinces known for its wine.  It makes its Asian Tour of Manila- Ho Chi Minh and Seoul with its first stop at the Makati Shangri-la Hotel in the afternoon of 7 March 2018. PAGASA Members were invited to this grand tasting exhibition where fifteen vineyards came with their best brands of wine hoping to be introduced to the Asian market.

On 19 June 2012, Yohann Autret/Export Manager of Domaine de la Ferrandiere visited the PAGASA Office to study the possibility of marketing their wine to the Philippine market.  Production is from their vineyard in Southern France where he hails from.

PAGASA's STC met with members of the Phil. Wines & Spirits Sector which is assisted by the Dept. of Trade & Industry and the Dept. of Agriculture. Here they visit a PAGASA supermarket to see the dynamics of sales of their category in action. They are coached by Monde Nissin's Ferdinand Champongco (in yellow) to teach them how to organize and strategize the marketing of their individual products.
