On May 3, 2019, the Department of Trade and Industry held a public hearing on the 2019 Revised Rules on Mediation & Adjudication at their offices.  Invited were PAGASA, legal personnel of the major retail chains, consumer groups and the DTI’s mediators/adjudicators. STC gave his opinion on some of the revisions at the said meeting.
